MDV proved a excellent client to deliver a modular retail stand for. They required a fresh exhibition stand which showcased their products at The Clothes Show in Birmingham. We delivered a design which paired flood image photography and matt black graphic wall panels, housing a stock room. We had a built in changing room and slat wall which was used to display the product. A small raised stage area housed the dress mannequins and a ceiling supported lighting rig illuminated the whole stand.
The PR team of Jlingz specified that they wanted the “guys that do the Gymshark stores” to deliver a pop up event with a retail element. We hired a warehouse space in Manchester to house the event. We highlighted key areas of customer interaction and entertainment with staging, LED screens and lighting. There was also a huge 20m wide retail area in which customers could purchase garments from the Jlingz range. We fully furnished the retail area from custom fabricated clothes rails to changing rooms and display units. The event was topped off with a huge stage area for break dancing competitions and special musical performances throughout the day.
In 2018 we undertook the project management for Bulk Powders show season. The client had booked different sized plots at fitness events in Paris, Cologne and Birmingham. We designed a modular stand which worked across the first two shows, however the third show in Birmingham required a complete redesign as the client wanted a double deck stand with a huge stock room and multiple sampling areas around the stand. One of the stipulations from the client was to have a design that included wall heights of 4m. As a standard we usually we work on a standard wall height of 3m however the extra height gives a incredible presence when featured next to adjoining stands.
